Versions and review dates
Publish a new reviewed version without silently changing copies already in use.
Steps
- Before sharing, set the current Review date and describe What changed in this version.
- Use a Suggested recheck date when real conditions are likely to change.
- When another version is opened, choose Compare saved versions and review added, removed, changed, and unchanged scenes.
- Open a changed scene in the current version before deciding which file to use.
- Share the new file as a distinct copy and identify it clearly to recipients.
What to expect
Each release remains immutable. Previous progress stays with its exact version; changed scenes open as separate practice context.
If it does not work
- If the suggested review date has passed, check the current real situation before using the rehearsal.
- The same project ID is not sender verification and does not prove which file is newest.
- Keep the source file for each version you may need to reopen.
Keep in mind
An update does not certify that a real place, service, or procedure is current or safe.
