Delete OnceBefore data from this device

OnceBefore has no account to delete. Use the in-app controls for recoverable trash, practice records, or all local app data.

Erase all local app data

1. Open Settings & my data.
2. Open Privacy & storage.
3. Choose Erase all local app data and read the full list of local projects, originals, practices, history, notes, bookmarks, settings, rollback copies, temporary files, and the management PIN that will be removed.
4. Confirm only after saving an encrypted personal backup if you need one.
5. If the app says cleanup is pending, fully close OnceBefore from the app switcher and open it again. Returning to Home does not finish deletion.
6. Treat deletion as complete only when the app confirms local cleanup finished.

What this does not delete

• Originals in the Photos library or another file provider
• Exported personal backups and practice files
• Operating-system or cloud-device backups
• Copies already held by recipients or sharing services
• Apple or Google purchase and transaction records
• Support email already sent to HomiSoft
