Before you record a drive
Choose the recording method that fits the fact you know. Manual distance entry does not need location permission. Manual GPS needs foreground location permission while you start a drive. Automatic capture is optional and uses platform location and motion permissions while the app is not open or the phone is locked.
A drive is missing or incomplete
Check Tracking Health, device permissions, battery restrictions and GPS conditions. Automatic capture can miss or incompletely record a drive. Review the candidate in Review and check Evidence Center before adding it to a report. Do not turn an uncertain gap into a guessed route or distance.
Review and reports
Classify a candidate as Business, Personal, Commute, Passenger / Transit, or Not a drive. Review filters before exporting PDF or raw CSV. Reimbursement figures based on your own rate are estimates, not approval or tax guidance.
Backup, export and deletion
You choose whether to export CSV or PDF, create a backup, or share a file through the system Share Sheet. Delete individual records in the app and remove any backup file you created from its selected location when you no longer need it.
Purchases and restore
MileDone uses a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase. Restore it on the same Apple or Google platform where you bought it. iOS and Android purchases are separate because the app has no shared account or entitlement server.
Contact
Email help@homisoft.com with MileDone, your device model, operating-system version and a brief description. Do not email precise route history, exported ledgers, backups or payment details.
iOS is awaiting review and Android is in closed-test review; MileDone is not publicly released on either platform yet.
