RECORD FLOW
When a headache starts, saving the start time is enough. The active record stays in LowBeam Mode, where severity, symptoms, medication, and notes can each be added briefly when needed.

RECORD FLOW
History shows date-based records and chronological events. Insights organizes headache days, record counts, acute medication days, average severity, and median duration over 30 days, 90 days, or one year. These numbers do not determine a cause or recommend treatment.

RECORD FLOW
Create a PDF summary or CSV data export on your device, then send it through a share destination you choose. LowBeam uses no account or advertising and analytics SDKs; records remain on your device.

Privacy
LowBeam uses no account, developer-server sync, CloudKit sync, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or advertising-identifier tracking. A PDF or CSV is created only when you choose it and shared only through a destination you select in the system share sheet.
Safety notice
LowBeam is a personal symptom-recording tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or emergency guidance. For new, severe, sudden, or urgent symptoms, contact a medical professional or local emergency services.
