No account is required. Core records stay on this device, and you choose when to create a backup or share a file.

Build a schedule and see what is next
Create a workplace and shift templates, then apply them to the monthly schedule. The closest or active shift appears in a clear top card with its remaining time.
Log real work separately
Clock in, take multiple breaks, and clock out in an actual-work session. Your planned shift remains intact, so planned and actual time can be compared.
Review the estimate you configured
Use hourly pay, unpaid breaks, and rules such as a night differential to review a pre-tax estimate and its calculation lines. Enter a payslip manually to surface an amount or hours difference as an item to review. ShiftTotal does not determine tax, legality, or an employer’s payroll obligation.
Move your own data with files
Create an ICS calendar file, raw CSV, a readable PDF schedule report, or a checksum-protected .shifttotal full backup. Use the system share sheet, Files, email, or a messenger to send a file you choose.

Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase, not a renewing plan. The currently implemented entitlement unlocks additional workplaces. Existing records, deletion, full backup, and raw-data export remain available whether or not Pro is purchased. The app shows the localized price returned by the App Store or Google Play.

Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. You can create the first workplace and shift template immediately.
Can I move data to another device?
There is no automatic cross-device replication. Create a .shifttotal backup on one device, then preview it on the next device before merging it or replacing local records.
Can my family edit the schedule live?
No. Real-time collaborative editing is not provided. Share an ICS, CSV, PDF, or backup file when that is useful.
Does the estimate guarantee my pay?
No. It is a pre-tax estimate produced from your own rules. Payslip review identifies items to check.
Are there monthly or annual plans?
No. Core records remain usable in Free, and Pro is a one-time Lifetime purchase.
