NextLoad’s intended architecture has no account, login, remote workout database, ads, tracking SDK, social graph, server-based progression, or generative AI. Core workouts must function in airplane mode. Workout, notes, body measurements, and progression remain local by default.

Crash diagnostics must not contain user set/load/body/note payloads. The iOS/watchOS targets now bundle source-audited PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy files that declare local UserDefaults use, no tracking, and no collected data for the current dependency set. The final signed-archive and Play Console declaration audit remains a release gate; see STORE_PRIVACY_DECLARATIONS.md.
