NextLoad privacy policy

This policy explains how NextLoad, published by HomiSoft LC, handles information when you use the app.

No account, advertising, or HomiSoft workout-data server

NextLoad does not require an account or login. HomiSoft does not operate a server that receives or stores your workout records. The app has no advertising, user tracking, or social features, and it includes no third-party advertising or analytics SDK.

Workout data stored on your device

Workout sessions, sets, routines, exercise settings, notes, progression rules, personal records, estimated one-rep max, and volume records are stored locally on your device. HomiSoft does not collect this workout data.

Paired-device communication

When a supported paired-device feature is used, NextLoad uses communication services provided by the operating system. HomiSoft does not route paired-device workout data through a HomiSoft workout-data server. Availability and behavior depend on the device and operating system.

Optional HealthKit and Health Connect access

NextLoad may use Apple HealthKit or Android Health Connect only after you grant the relevant permission. Access is optional and controlled in operating-system settings. HomiSoft does not collect the health data made available through those frameworks. Apple Health data is not used for advertising or sold.

Imports, exports, backups, and shared copies

Import and export actions are started by you. When you export, share, or create a backup through an operating-system interface, the selected destination or receiving app handles that copy under its own terms. Deleting data inside NextLoad does not automatically delete copies you previously exported, shared, or backed up. You must delete those copies from their saved locations.

Purchases

Apple App Store or Google Play processes Lifetime Pro purchases and provides transaction status and localized product information to the app. HomiSoft does not receive or process your payment card information.

Deleting data

You can delete workouts and other app-created records using the available controls in the app. Removing the app may delete local app data according to the operating system's behavior. Exported, shared, or user-created backup copies remain where you placed them until you delete them there.

Children and sensitive use

NextLoad is a workout logging tool and is not a medical service. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in free-text notes or support email.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, HomiSoft will update this policy and its effective date before the changed practice applies where required.
