WakeDone support

Before an important alarm

Open Reliability Center and run the 10-second test. Confirm that WakeDone has the permissions and sound settings it asks you to review. A successful test does not guarantee an alarm in every device condition, so check again after major device setting changes.

An alarm did not behave as expected

Check the alarm's time, repeat days, mission and snooze settings. Then review notification and sound permissions, device volume, battery restrictions and whether the device was restarted. Run the readiness check again after adjusting a setting.

Mission and Safety Exit

Complete the configured mission for normal completion. If there is an emergency, Safety Exit is available without Pro and is recorded separately. Fallback Mission is a Lifetime Pro option that must be chosen before the exception happens.

Backup and restore

Use the system file picker to export or import a .wakedone backup. Do not send backup files or saved QR reference values to support. Photo Match reference images are not included in portable backups and need to be selected again after restore.

Purchases and restore

Restore Lifetime Pro on the Apple or Google platform where you purchased it. There is no shared account or shared purchase server, so iOS and Android purchases are separate.

Contact

Email help@homisoft.com with WakeDone, your device model, operating-system version, and a short description of the issue. Do not include QR reference values, backup files, payment details, or sensitive alarm content.

WakeDone is under review for iOS and Android. There is no public store download link yet.
