Local-first product contract

ClockToBill's product contract is local-first. It has no account, server-side time data, remote calendar processing, remote location history, advertising SDK, cross-app tracking, screenshots, keystrokes, browser or app monitoring, or generative AI.

Data not logged

ClockToBill does not log client names, project names, notes, descriptions, rates, earnings, calendar titles, or locations. Crash reporting is absent by default. Any future opt-in diagnostic tool must remove sensitive payloads before transfer.

Current permissions and storage

The current starter apps request no calendar or location permission and declare no network permission. They locally persist timer-event data.

Items pending implementation and review

Final privacy labels, backup encryption, biometric lock, calendar or location disclosures, and retention wording are pending implementation and review. A future feature will not be represented here as current behavior until that review is complete.
